ADR Services, Inc. is pleased to collaborate with the Foundation of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and present this Civility Matters program designed to elevate the standards of integrity, honor, and courtesy in the legal profession. It is intended to instill values and standards that promote high regard for the practice of law. We will discuss what it means to be civil and uncivil, feature actual examples of uncivil behavior and practices, provide citations to relevant attorney oaths, statutory and case law and tips, techniques and lessons from accomplished trial lawyers and trial judge.
